OWNERS NOTE!! We really enjoy helping people. We can give you good advise and you don't even have to rent from us. We can tell you about all the communities you may be staying in. Are they really that close to the parks? Are they really good, better or best? Where is the Walmart, Super Target ect. If you have never rented a pool home we strongly recommend you try it. You will have the very best family vacation ever! We will offer you advice on cost-cutting at the parks, grocery shopping and restaurants. Also, some smaller less expensive parks and other things to do that are lots of fun and inexpensive. We will show you a shortcut (the back way) to Disney with only two stoplights and very little traffic. It is great family fun to spend a day or two around your very own private swimming pool. GOLFERS!! We can advise you on courses ranging in price from $14 to $165.

We are pleased to offer our beautiful privately-owned 4 bedroom, 3 bath home just four miles to Disney World. Our spacious home is situated in the beautiful community of Windsor Palms which is a small, quiet, gated community with onsite security 24/7. Our home has a private screened-in pool, hot tub, and patio area right outside the patio door. This is the way your family was meant to vacation - totally affordable with so many extras!

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, ice maker, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The dining area seats six in comfort at the table and an additional four in the breakfast nook (overlooking the pool). There also is a breakfast bar which has three stools. There is patio furniture for dining by the pool. There are child alarms fitted at all doors leading to the pool area.

The living room has a large screen TV (32"), VCR, DVD and a PlayStation 2.

The master suite has a 32 inch TV, a king-size bed and an attached master bath with an oversized bathtub and separate shower. The jr. master suite has a TV, queen-size bed and a private bathroom. Each of the other two bedrooms have twin beds and are connected by a bathroom. We have everything you need.

For your convenience, a crib, highchair, stroller and some pool toys are provided at no extra charge. We also provide FREE LOCAL AND LONG DISTANCE PHONE SERVICE (also free calls to most international areas).
