My orlando villa is a luxurious 6 bedroom, 3.5 baths holiday home with game room.  Set in a Five-Star Gated Community, this phenomenal villa includes access to free resort-style amenities.  The Club House has a cinema, fitness center, billiard tables, and an arcade nestled nearby.  For the more adventurous vacationers, a basketball court, volleyball and tennis courts, along with an Olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa awaits.   A separate toddler pool, a children’s play area is waiting for the young, or the young at heart.  A Sundry Shop complements the club house area, offering staples and a Shuttle Service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service).

Our villa offers a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, breakfast nook and dinning area.  Wanting to enjoy the sun and warm weather, take your meals out to the liana area, where a table and chairs await. The perfect area to enjoy an afternoon BBQ (available for hire from our management company at an additional fee), which will be waiting your arrival.  You can rest assure it will be clean and ‘ready to go’.  Our lanai, pool and spa area provide a perfect place to relax on padded patio lounges/chairs while enjoying the Florida Sunshine. 

Our large gathering room offers a TV/DVD/VCR, sleeper sofa, loveseat, and chair for indoor relaxing.  High quality white towels and all linens provided, professionally cleaned at no additional charge.  Don’t forget your swimming towel!

On the first floor a larger of the two en-suites is furnished with a King Size bed and direct access to a private bathroom, including a tub and walk in shower, his and her wash basins. The room also has a TV/DVD/VCR, High Speed Internet along with direct access to the pool/lanai area.  The second en-suite is furnished with a Queen Size bed, its own TV, direct access to a private bath with a shower/tub combo.  Our third bedroom is equipped with twin beds, internet access and its own TV.  Don’t forget to enjoy the game room, complete with foosball table, ping pong table and air hockey table.

Our second floor has two bedrooms with twin size beds, and the third bedroom is a large room with a Queen Size bed, and its own TV.  

Our villa is centrally located off of US 192, just 20 minute from the Orlando International Airport, 5 minutes to Disney, and Universal Studios.  Sea World is only 15 minutes and 2 minutes away you will find groceries, shops and Restaurants.  

Do you have a golfer(s) amongst your group; several great golf courses are right in the immediate area, Greg Norman’s development, Champions Gate, the fabulous PGA teaching courses at Orange County National.  Don’t forget about the Disney courses: Magnolia, Palms and Osprey Ridge and Mystic Dunes (right across the street from Windsor Palms!)

Rates range from the low season of $1360/£676 to the high season of $1627/£808 per week which includes Florida lodging tax.  To heat the Pool & Spa is an additional $175/£64 per week.  Short stays of 7 nights or less incur an additional $100/£50.  All our rates are subject to change until confirmed.  Booking Deposit required with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.  A security deposit is due with booking payment by Charge Card Only.
