A luxurious 6 bed 3.5 bath family villa which is ideal for 2 families sharing. Comfortably sleeping up to 14 plus infant. With 2 fabulous master suites, each with king size beds and wonderful ensuite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom features a queen sized bed. On the upper floor are 3 superb childrens themed rooms. A Disney Princess with twin beds, a 'space' room with twin beds and an American Games room with bunk beds (the lower bunk is double), this room also has a double sofa bed. The 'duck' bathroom is a big hit with the children and makes bath time fun. The Large pool and spa with extended sun deck, shaded lania overlook a beautiful wooded conservation area. With bbq and ample outdoor furnishings enjoy the magnificent sunsets while relaxing after a hard day at the parks and malls. The enourmous family area features a 51" screen tv, dvd player and music system. Throughout the villa we have a further 5 tv's and ps2. With a formal dining area overlooking the pool area and a breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and a seperate utility area provides full laundry facilities. For children we have a cot, high chair, baby monitor and pushchair/stroller. All local telephone calls are free and each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. We also have music system and ps2.
