Our family owned luxury villa has a southwest facing screened pool/spa area, which is one of the few overlooking conservation land so privacy is maximised and the view of the evening sunset is spectacular.
Our villa is tastefully decorated and furnished by an interior designer. It comprises of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioning throughout and a private pool with hot tub. The master en suite bedroom has a king-size double bed, the second en suite bedroom has a queen-size double bed and the two remaining bedrooms both have twin single beds. All bedrooms and lounge area enjoy cable TV and VCR access.
The lounge is open plan with the kitchen breakfast area, which also overlooks the pool, for your entertaiment there is a playstation(with a variety of games), VCR, and a mini hifi. One of the two sofas converts into a double bed allowing the villa to sleep upto 10 people. The kitchen is well equiped with microwave oven, dishwasher, icemaker, fridge/freezer and full sized oven. A separate laundry room accomodates the automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
Our villa is alarmed and benefits from free local and international calls along with 24 hour access to our local based management company.
We have added a brand new fully air conditioned GAMES ROOM available at the house from 10th March 2006. This includes Table football, Air-Hockey and Table tennis. Photos will be on-line shortly.
