Our luxury 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo can sleep up to 6 people and has been furnished by a professional company to the highest standards. It is on the 1st (middle) floor and has a lovely, bright corner situation overlooking a landscaped conservation area.
The unit is fully air conditioned and equipped with all new furniture and appliances. The kitchen has a full size cooker/oven, integrated microwave, large refrigerator with ice-maker, full size dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee machine etc, etc. There is also a full size washing machine and dryer housed within a laundry closet.
The master bedroom includes a queen size Bed, 19"T.V. and large en-suite Shower-room. There is also a double bedroom with queen size bed and 14"T.V. and a twin bedroom with shared bathroom, plus a Sofa-bed in the lounge. There is a large well furnished lounge and dining area, and a screened lanai (patio) with furniture.
The lounge has a 28" cable TV with video and DVD and there are telephones with free local calls – credit card system for long distance calls.
A hair dryer and all linens and towels are provided. Our Management Company can also provide welcome packs:- Food Pack 1 - $30 (Tea, Coffee, Milk etc)
Food Pack 2 - $50 ( Tea, Coffee, Milk, cereal, bacon etc)
Utility Pack - $25 (Dish cloth, dishwasher tablets, detergent etc) Details of all welcome packs can be provided on request.
We can also provide you with walkie-talkies (very handy for finding each other in the parks !!)
