This luxurious condo unit boasts a living room with a very comfy sofa and love seat, occasional tables, lamps, ceiling fan, and an armoire with a 32-inch flat screen cable TV, plus a DVD player. The lounge opens onto a balcony where you can spend the evening watching the sun set over the wooded conservation area.

Leading off the living room is a dining area and breakfast bar that provide combined seating for up to 6 guests, being served from the fully equipped and spacious galley kitchen, with range, microwave, fridge/freezer, plus all utensils, crockery and appliances required for that perfect family meal together.
