Owner's Description:

Our Villa is brand new for December 2002. It is a beautiful, luxurious home from home that offers only the very best in holiday accommodation. The ground floor comprises of a spacious open plan living area, with cable TV, DVD/Video, CD HiFi, which leads to a beautiful kitchen and breakfast bar. The dining area has views of the conservation area to the rear of the property. Outside there is a private extended deck, heated pool/spa and covered eating area. Also on the ground floor you will find master bedroom 1 with a King bed, cable TV, large bathroom with bath and separate shower, a walk in closet and its own access to the pool area. Master Bedroom 2 also has ensuite facilities with a Queen bed. For further flexibility we also offer a bonus room with cable TV and Video. This can be used as additional dining/living space or extra bedroom. The second floor briefly comprises of one bathroom and three bedrooms. One bedroom has a Queen size bed and the two other bedrooms have twin beds. The villa is completely Air Conditioned

Rental rates from  $1065 (£710) to  $1525  (£1017) a week including Taxes.

Pool and spa heating if required $120 (£80) a week
