5 Star luxury villa on a 5 Star resort style complex
Two master bedrooms, one with a king-size and one with a queen-size bed; both with en-suite facilities.
One double bedroom with queen-size bed, one double bedroom with twin beds, and a family bathroom.
A pullout queen-size bed is also available in the living room if required. Florida Palms is licensed for a maximum occupancy of 10 persons
The living room is equipped with a TV and VCR and has direct access to the pool and patio area.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, waste disposal, large cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. A washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are located in the laundry room.
Pool area not overlooked from the rear
All furniture and fittings are of a very high standard and colour co-ordinated throughout. There is a remote control TV and video in the living area and the main master bedroom, and a TV in each of the remaining bedrooms.
Regular rental rates from £600 ($930) a week including taxes. Pool heating, if required, £80 ($120) a week.
