Our privately owned Villa is a 4 bed/3 bathroom pool home in the exclusive Windsor Palms Resort. Our home is beautifully furnished to a high standard. It has all the comforts of home, with linen and towels provided.
The spacious Master Bedroom has a 6ft King-size bed, with large en-suite bathroom/Shower room and large walk in wardrobe. This bedroom has its own cable TV. The second master bedroom has a 5ft Queen size bed with en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share the main bathroom which is adjacent. All four bedrooms have their own cable TV
The large open plan living area has 2 sofas and one chair - one sofa converts into a double sized sleeper. large 42" cable TV and dvd player There are two dining areas one formal,and one informal
The modern open plan kitchen includes every major appliance, including a full size cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all cookware, etc. The utility room contains a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.
We have added a table tennis table in the garage.
Our Villas has its own screened pool and sun deck complete with luxury patio furniture. There is an essential lanai (shaded porch area) to give shade from the hot Florida sun.
Regular rental rates from £560 /$975 to £770/ $1340 a week. Pool heating, if required, £80 a week.
