Our 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa sleeps up to 10 people (with sofabed). It has an upgraded 30ft by 15ft private pool plus a Hot Spa and extended pool deck. Our home is set in a peaceful location yet only 3.5 miles from Disney (yes - just 5 mins drive). A 24 hour gated entrance to Windsor Palms provides security. Less than a 2 minute drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket and plenty of choice for dining out, including TGI Friday's, Carrubba's Italian Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Key W Kools, Red Lobster, etc, etc.
Our home is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. We have 4 bedrooms, including 2 Master en-suites which make it perfect for 2 families sharing. One Master has a King size bed, with a Queen size bed in the second Master room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, and share a further bathroom. Master Bedroom One has a TV/Video, and the Twin rooms each have TV's, with one of the Twins having a CD player. Master en-suite bathroom One contains a Roman Tub, walk in shower, together with His 'n' Hers wash basins, with the second en-suite bathroom having a large walk in shower. The third bathroom has bath with shower.
The spacious lounge overlooks the pool and deck area and features 32 inch Cable TV, Video, together with a Playstation 2 with games for children (the Playstation also doubles as a DVD player). We have a selection of games for your enjoyment. The telephone permits free local calls, with a facility for credit card calls elsewhere.
The pool area has a covered lanai - perfect for those who feel that the sun is getting too much, and four padded loungers and six padded chairs are provided for your relaxation.
The well appointed kitchen contains a dishwasher, larder fridge with freezer and ice-maker, microwave etc, with the washing machine and tumble dryer located in a separate laundry/utility room. The kitchen has a spacious nook area for informal dining, which again has excellent views over the pool area.
The unit is fully air-conditioned, and all Linen and Towels are supplied, including pool towels. In the interests of all of our guests, there are no pets or smoking allowed in the house - you can smoke in the patio area.
There are several championship golf courses a short drive away with one golf course within walking distance at Mystic Dunes Golf Course.
Regular rental rates from £575($920) to £750($1200) a week including taxes. Pool heating, if required, £75($120) a week.
