Brand new privately owned executive villa completed in late August 2001. There is a south facing, screened heated swimming pool ensuring all day sun.
Cable TV and video in lounge and second TV and video in master bedroom. Lounge also has CD player for your enjoyment. The third bedroom also has a TV. The fourth bedroom is ideal for the kids. It is decorated in a Disney theme and can sleep 3 children.
The fully equipped luxury kitchen is complete with dishwasher, waste disposal unit, microwave, electric cooker and all utensils. There is a laundry room with large washer and dryer. The villa is air-conditioned and has a double garage. Villa furnishings have been hand chosen giving the villa a homely fee. Drapes have been added throughout . Tiled floors have been chosen for both the kitchen area an all bathrooms.
All the latest safety features are installed for guests peace of mind. Villa also comes with a selection of games and videos for the family to enjoy as well as inflatables for the pool.
