We welcome you to our brand new, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully air conditiioned top floor condo. Our beautifully furnished condo will comfortably accomodate six people, (queen size sofa bed allows extra sleeping for 2).

There is a large family room with relaxing sofas, dining table and chairs, cable TV with DVD player.

The lounge leads onto an enclosed furnished balcony overlooking wooded conservation area. 

The kitchen is fully equiped with all the mod cons you expect, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice making facility, etc. There is also a large washer and seperate drier.

The condo is professionally managed with a 24 hour emergency contact number.

Regular rental rates from $560 (£350) to $736 (£460) a week including taxes
