Our home has 4 bedrooms (2 master suites) and 3 bathrooms, it is a spacious vacation home perfect for families or groups, sleeping up to 8 to 10 guests. Our home has been decorated with an Italian Mediterranean décor in-keeping with its upscale furnishings. In addition, no expense has been spared in creating a house with every possible amenity, including cable TV & DVD player in the living room as well as both master suites. The house also has a Sony Playstation 2, VCR, stereo system, hair-dryers in each bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and many more features. It has its own 30’ x 15’ heated, screened in pool and bubbling spa, which faces southwest for maximum sun.
Regular rental rates from $975\£579 to $1175\£732 a week including taxes. Optional Pool\Spa Heat is an additional $140\£78 including tax. Stays of less than 6 nights incur $85 cleaning charge
