Our home is brand new and furnished to a very high standard, with luxurious appointments throughout,it sleeps with the aid of a sofa bed 10 in complete comfort,a fully equipped kitchen with every imaginable requirement means those dinners at home are a breeze.A King master suite which has a huge bathroom including walk in shower, as well as garden tub, and tv with video, the 2nd master has a lovely queen bed also with tv, the other 2 bedrooms both have 2 twin beds in each, one themed just for the kids.The formal dining area is off the lounge room and has cherry wood furniture, the lounge leads direct to the pool deck.
Included in your price is Florida state taxes, all utilities and local telephone calls, there is also in the 2nd master a jack plug just for your own lap top computer. All linens are included but we ask the towels to be kept in the home. On site there is a very large resort style recreation clubhouse complete with tennis, basket ball, weights room, volleyball courts, exercise facilities, movie theatre, snooker and pool games room, running room, outside play area and a very large swimming pool with hot tubs.

Rates per day $120 ( £80 ) to $150 ( £100 ) pool/spa heat is $22 per day or £15 per day
