This exceptional new home was completed in December 2003.  It is one of only a very limited number which overlook the beautiful conservation area on the resort.

No expense has been spared to offer something very special for the truly discerning guest.  The house was personally furnished by the owners to an exceptionally high standard.  There are many upgraded features including luxury furnishings and  bedding, down pillows and high quality kitchenware. 

There are 2 King master suites  each with cable TV and DVD player. Master bedroom 1 has a door directly out to the pool deck. There is a twin room downstairs and an additional half bath.  Upstairs you will find a beautifully furnished Queen room, a twin room with Beauty and the Beast theme and an additional bathroom.

The large kitchen has everything that you will need including dishwasher, microwave and high quality kitchenware.  The dining area has a table seating 8 and an additional 4 at the breakfast bar.

This is a particularly child friendly home and everything is provided for you including play yard crib, highchair, nightlight, stairgate, baby listening monitor, books, games, DVDs, pool toys and a PlayStation 2.

Relax in the private 30'x15' private swimming pool and spa.  Look out over the beautiful conservation area.  Enjoy outdoor dining on the shaded patio or relax in the sun.

Rental rates from $1200 to $1600 a week including taxes.  Pool heating included October to April.
