We have furnished our house as we would our home. We chose one of the widest plots on the resort so that you have a little more privacy from your neighbors than many. We want everyone to feel welcome in our home and include many child friendly items.
The house has 2 master bedroom suites - a King and a Queen. Each has a luxury bathroom and cable TV. There are 2 twin rooms and an additional bathroom.
The open plan living area has cable TV with DVD/VCR/CD player and a PlayStation 2.
The kitchen has everything that you may need including dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a separate laundry room.
The house is located on premium corner plot and has a 30'x15' south facing private swimming pool. There is plenty of pool furniture so you can enjoy outdoor dining on the shaded lanai or relax and enjoy the sun.
You collect you keys from the resort - walk in, relax and enjoy our home!
We have extensive experience as homeowners and also own a 5 bedroom home overlooking the conservation area.
Rental rates from $900 to $1150 a week including all taxes. Pool heating, if required, $120 a week
