Our beautiful pool home is located within the fabulous Windsor Palms Resort. Windsor Palms is acknowledged as being the leading gated resort within the Disney vicinity.
Not over looked to the rear, situated on a large lot at the end of a cul de sac and having a south facing private pool (sun all day!), our home has a superb position within Windsor Palms.
Our home features a separate kiddie pool and a stand alone jacuzzi on the pool deck. For safety, child safety fencing has been installed around the pool.
Our home is bright and airy and beautifully furnished. The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed with an oversized en-suite bathroom with large shower, oval roman tub, 2 wash hand basins. The second master has a queen sized bed with en-suite bathroom. There is a cable TV in every bedroom. There is also a Playstation II.
The large lounge features an L-shaped leather sofa, cable TV, VCR and stereo. There is a breakfast nook overlooking the pool, a kitchen bar with stools and also a more formal dining area.
There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a utility room with washer and dryer. All linen and towels are included.
We employ a highly professional property management company who will ensure the villa is fully prepared prior to your arrival and who will be available 24 hours a day in the event you require assistance.
Rental rates from $1,095 to $1,250 per week (including Florida State tax of 12%). Pool heating, if required, $140 a week
