This pool home is luxuriously equipped and professionally maintained throughout and you have access to 24 hour assistance from a local management company. This is the ultimate in Florida rentals in the Orlando area. There is even a golf course adjacent to windsor palms resort for any golfers in your party.
In addition to the splendid Windsor Palms Resort community pool your luxury Florida villa has it's own private, professionally landscaped, swimming pool which is fully screened and can be heated when required. The pool measures 30' by 15', has a waterfall feature in one corner and enjoys a south westerly aspect to allow you to take full advantage of the Florida sunshine.
The single story accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted luxury kitchen and dining area. Both master bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. There is also a large double garage attached and, of course, a washing machine and tumble drier are provided.
The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom attached. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also has an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and bunk beds in the fourth bedroom are sure to be a hit with the kids.
This arrangement along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate 10 people in comfort. Families with infants will be pleased to note that a cot (crib) and high chair is available. Your luxury vacation villa is well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The lounge has it's own media center including a color television connected to the cable network.
The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker and toaster.
The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc.
Regular rental rates from $930 (£600) to $1180 (£790) a week including taxes. Pool heating, if required, $120 (£80) a week.
